He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrios Leventis and Iphigenia Leventis (Kourtese); his former wife Presbytera Despina N. Leventis (Metropoulos); his brothers, Athanasios and Kosta; his siblings-in-law, Angeliki, Daniel and Vasili; his nephew John; and his niece Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Despina N. Metropoulos; his children, James, Erika Leventis of La Mesa, CA, Jeanne Leventis of North Hollywood, CA and Lynn Leventis; his grandchildren, Corey (Ashlen) of Columbia, AL, Kayla of Carlsbad, CA, Jessie Kate of Boston, MA and Sophia of Las Vegas, NV; and his brother Yiannis (Arianthe) of Athens. He is also survived by brother-in-law, several sisters in-law, many nieces and nephews.
