A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:25 AM and from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.

“Rafe always made me smile. With a simple wave, good morning comments or the time we watched a fire together come closer to our street, I felt safer that he was around. He was and will always be our glowing light here on Hidden Mesa View Drive. There’s too much that we did not get to do or say, but I’m grateful to call him one of the best neighbors I have known in my life. A friend, who would always answer my calls- especially the ones that were a mistake. He will be missed greatly. XO SYL”
