He is survived by: his spouse Maeda Ishaq; his children, Sarmad Salim (Suha Sami), Nashwan Salim (Hind Hati), Karam Salim, Sabah Ibrahim, Maral Salim (Ehsan Matti), Angham Salim (Firas Abdullah), Nashwa Salim (Jan Zubair) and Mariam Salim; and his siblings, Tahsin Ibrahim, Khalil Ibrahim, Khairy Ibrahim, Najah Ibrahim, Khairia Ibrahim, Samia Ibrahim and Sumaia Ibrahim. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
