We are sad to announce that, on October 28, 2022, William Eugene Blodgett of El Cajon, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Joann Blodgett; and his sister Juanita Watts. He is survived by: his wife Kathy of El Cajon; his children, Debra Larson of Belvedere, Illinois., Steve Blodgett, Larry Blodgett and Randy Blodgett; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Linda Blodgett; his granddaughter Terri Lynn; his grandson-in-law Peter Milinkovic; and his grandson Jacob Blodgett of Washington. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

“I'm Robert Blodgett living in Fletcher Hills. News of Mr. Blodgett surprised me because my great-grandfather was Eugene Blodgett from South Dakota. My grandfather Robert Mann Blodgett, lived in Long Beach and my Dad, (Bob) remembers visiting his Uncle John in El Cajon as a child.
