He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Alice Manuel and Martin Leon Manuel Sr.; and his brother Harold Randolph Manuel. He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Berling-Manuel; and his brother Gary Edmond Manuel. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
