She was predeceased by: her husband Michio "Andy" Nishikado; her parents, Eizo Kajihara and Kiku Kajihara; and her siblings, Mitsue, Fumie and Mitsuo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hiroko Okano (Steven) of El Cerrito, CA, Mary Yukiko Markum (Robert) of Mountain View, CA and Elaine Riyoko Sugimura (Hiroyuki) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kiyomi Vital (Jino), Lindsey Takimi Okano-Lloren (Jef), Bryce Takashi Sugimura (Erica), Cole Michihiro Sugimura (Giselle) and Jaime Michiko Hum-Nishikado; her great grandchildren, Jaylen Michio Ivey, Aiden Yasuhiro Lloren, Austin Hiroaki Lloren, Keiko Jianna Vital, Kylie Mercy Hiroko Lloren, Kenzo Cruz Vital, Rayden Koa Sugimura, Cru Michihiro Sugimura and Senna Sumiko Sugimura; and her siblings, Kimiko, Kiyoko, Fumio and Katsuko. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
