He was predeceased by : his parents, William Riley Curtis (Bill) and Lee Booker Curtis. He is survived by : his daughters, Kimberly Ann Silva (Gary) of Folsom, Calif and Heather-Lynn O'Mara (John) of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; his brother James Curtis of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Gary, Matt and Leah Silva. He is also survived by grandchildren—and a host of relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Foothills Church, the Gideons International, or Snowline Hospice.
