He is survived by : his daughter Tamiko Hardy; his grandchildren, Tre'Niko Hardy and Hermini Underwood; his stepfather Sallye; his brother Maurice Hardy Sr. (Latisha); his nephews, Maurice Hardy Jr., Sean M. Hardy, Antonio M. Hardy, RayShawn Payton-Kilgore and DaJuan Payton-Kilgore; and his stepchildren, Michael Thomas and Tajuana Brown.

Memorial donations in Anthony's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
