“To Jorge Family, I learned today that Jorge had passed away and am in tears. I arrived on a jobsite this morning to see Capital Barricade providing the traffic control support and asked where Jorge was at. The news I heard of his passing has not been easy for me to handle on this day. I called my wife and told her how upset I was and started looking back on previous text message. The last text message i received was a picture of his feet with ocean in the background. He was enjoying himself. RIP”
