Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Nativity (6309 El Apajo, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Frank was an attorney, banker, investor, Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Member of the Advisory Council of the College of Business at Notre Dame, and philanthropist running M&T Foundation, a charitable family foundation.
