She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Jorgensen and Helen Jorgensen; and her siblings, Jerie and Jean. She is survived by: her brother Jack Jorgensen (Frances); her husband Ples; her children, Zac, Leslie and Matt; and her daughter-in-law Natalie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
