She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Denlinger; her husband Jay Cook; her children, Nathan and Katelyn; her siblings, Debbie, Ben Eller, Matthew, Karey Denlinger, Donna and John Overholtzer; her parents-in-law, Al Cook and Royanne Cook; and her caregiver Dr. Wesley Kidder. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
The Cook family asks that memorial gifts in honor of Deanna Cook be directed to Central Valley Christian Academy in lieu of flowers.
