He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Elizabeth, Michael J. O'Connor, Mary Grace and Dr. Richard Buckingham. He is survived by: his mother Katie Buckingham; his wife Allison Gartman; his father John Sr. Buckingham (Jack); his sister Mary Elizabeth "Meb" Buckingham; his in-laws, Ryan and Sandy Gartman; his brother Lucas Gartman; and his sister-in-law Jocelyn Gartman.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Winnetka Bible Church. A memorial service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
