He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Paul Frank and Marilyn Frank; and his great grandchild Baby Benee Nichole. He is survived by: his siblings, George Frank and Judy Rhea; his wife Linda Frank; his daughters, Johnna Hill, Geneva Hayes and Andrea Maldonado; his grandchildren, Joseph, Samantha, Benjamin, Andre', Andrew, Brandon, Tiffany, Mia, Nicholas, Cameron and Alexandrea; his great grandchildren, Kiana, Amaya, Harrison, Scarlet, Leo, Gianna, Lily, Malcom and Rosie; and his pet Kobe. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
