She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Ott and Betty Ott; and her son Blake Adair. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Hayden; her son Jamison Adair (Christine); her grandchildren, Evelyn and Benjamin Adair; and her siblings, Karen Hurlburt, Linda Blythe (Bill), Shelley Ott, Steven Ott (Patricia) and Jeffrey Ott (Rebecca). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
