He is survived by : his wife Frances Nesbitt-Hogue; his daughter Tiffani Richard (Mathis) of Temecula, CA.; his stepdaughter Alicia Locket of Vista, CA.; his grandchildren, Brittney Kelly (Jason) of Las Vegas and Mathis Richard II of Temecula, CA.; and his great grandchildren, Tyeson Kelly, Jason Kelly, Zyah Richard and Amiah Kelly.
