He was predeceased by: his son Marco Antonio Vera; and his siblings, Rafael Vera (Aurora), Hermelinda Guerra (Sergio), Jorge Vera and Juana Vera.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Carmen Vera; his children, Antonia Sevene (Sevene) of Temecula, California, Juanita Vera of Escondido, California, Patty Camacho (Joel) of Los Banos, California, Tony Vera (Maribelle) of Carlsbad, California, Dianna Vera of Tracy, California, Jorge Vera (Rebecca) of Temecula, California, Blanca Cartwright (Alex) of Escondido, California, Juan Vera of Escondido, California and Nancy Borjas (Carlos) of Chile; and his siblings, Alicia Arauza (Juan) of San Marcos, Maria Castaneda (Jesus) of Menifee, Juvenal Vera (Juana) of Mexico, Juana Alvarado (Victor) of Maywood and Nicolas Vera (Lourdes) of La Puente, California.. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
