We bid farewell to Louis Deniz (Escondido, California), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 15, 2025 at the age of 94. Louis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luiz Deniz and Mabel Deniz; his children, Willie Deniz and Linda Cormany of Texas; and his nephew Kenneth Rocha.
He is survived by: his sisters, Arline Rocha and Tiny Dunn (Elmira); his children, Michelle Whitaker (Bill) of California, Alex Deniz (Cindy) of Georgia, Louie Deniz (Lorraine) of Texas, Diana Baker of South Carolina, Susan Baker of Alabama, Wanda Laubscher (Lane) of Florida, Alice Nelson (Stephen) of Louisiana, Joyce Schmidt (David) of Missouri and Jo Anne Nelson (Chris) of California; and his nieces, Cynthia Schoniger and Christine Mumford of California. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Post 149.
