He is survived by : his mother Dian Elaine Holloway; his wife Cynthia Harvey; his brother Lawrence Harvey; his children, Michael Dean Harvey, Steven Kenneth Harvey, Dian Michelle Harvey and Richard Lawrence Harvey; and his granddaughters, Kaiden Harvey and Shelby Harvey.
