She was predeceased by: her daughter Ava Sandberg Vizenor; and her husband Kenneth W. Sandberg. She is survived by: her daughter Lynette Sandberg Sheldrake; her son-in-law Tom Sheldrake of Eureka; and her grandsons, Christopher, Kyle, Erik Sheldrake (Brandee), Todd, Troy (Nancy) and Craig Vizenor (Marci). She is also survived by eight great-grandsons, three great-granddaughters, and numerous great-nephews and nieces.

Memorial donations in Audrey Sandberg's name may be made to the Hospice of Humboldt or to the charity of your choice.
