He is survived by: his sons, David Johnson (Lisa) and Dan Johnson (Kendra); his grandchildren, McLean Johnson (Dayna), Sydney Binz (Jason), Carter Johnson, Madison Johnson and Jayden Johnson (Logan); his great grandchild Memphis Johnson; his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Rich Holland; his brother Doc; his sister-in-law Connie Johnson; his sister Jeanne; his brother-in-law Bob Gregory; and his nieces and nephews, Nancy, Doug Frey, Phil, Kristie Holland, Todd, Rachel Johnson, Stefan and Rachel Gregory.
