He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rouse and Florence Rouse; and his sister Sandra Nuss (Don). He is survived by: his wife Caroline (Childers); his children, Vikki Frazier (Adam), David Rouse and Ingrid Connor (Jim); his grandchildren, Sarah Duren (Tom), Seth Frazier (Ashley), Noah Frazier and Hannah Luna (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Abby and Zack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and in-laws.
