He is survived by : his wife Kim; his children, Nicholas and Natalie; his parents, Steve O'Neal of Exeter and Kathy O'Neal of Exeter; his grandfather Larry Smethers of Visalia; and also, Larry Price and Linda Price of Tulare.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in support of Jeff O'Neal's children may be made at any Bank of the West branch or mailed to Bank of the West, 2301 S. Mooney Blvd., Visalia, Calif. 93277.

“I’m deeply sorry to hear this news 2 yrs too late. I knew Jeff from Bootcamp Probation Tulare County. In there he was tough, consistent, and fair. He trained me and helped me be the same. But how I first met Jeff is when my wife and I would volunteer through our Church PCC to conduct church services. Jeff loved talking with me and my wife before and after service. Those kids were tough in there but Jeff would always encourage us to keep doing what we were doing. I loved Jeff and I’m going to mis”
