It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Gerardine Cohen (Fair Oaks, California), who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Abeln and Alice Schumacher; her adoptive father Ves Schumacher; and her niece Regina Herbertz. She is survived by : her husband Ted Cohen; her children, Rebecca Waranowitz (George), Seth (Ariana Hammett Cohen) and Nathan (Susan Nawbary); her grandchildren, Arlo Cohen, Dario Cohen, Clare Waranowitz, Isaac Waranowitz, Brigid Waranowitz and Agnes Waranowitz; her siblings, Mary Herbertz (John) and David Schumacher (Patti); and her brother-in-law Ronald Cohen. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
