“I have known Ernie (Dee Dee) to me since I was 19 years old. He lived in the apartment below us. We sure had some great parties on our side of the complex. Just drinking, dancing, and joking around. He was a good man and great friend to my husband and myself. We always knew we could count on each other. He loved his cars working on them and owning a few. Your friend always Nancy Cutlip”
