He is survived by: his son Todd Cottier (Dena Carr) of Orangevale, California; his wife Lisa Kunzman of Fair Oaks, California; his daughter Shannon (David Belitz) of Placerville, California; his grandchildren, Derek Albright of Carlton, Oregon, Ashtyn Cottier of Hillsboro, Oregon and Hayden Cottier of Beaverton, Oregon.; and his brother Cyrenus Penry (Laura) of Sea Ranch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
