It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Fay Smith (Fair Oaks, California), born in Beattyville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Quinton Holder and Beulah Holder; her siblings, Christine Cart, Sam Holder, Betty Combs, Carol Reece of Lee County, Kentucky., Mary Dennison (Tiny) of Versailles, David Holder of Georgetown, Sharon Ratliff of Ft. Wright and Bennie Holder; and her great grandchild Payton Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Smith; her daughter Julie Benge; her grandchildren, Amber Riccobuano (Mike), Erin Fackler (Forrest) and Christopher Benge (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Natalie Kelly (Nico), Carsen Riccobuano, Zoey and Leeland Fackler.
