He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Howard and Rose Howard; and his sister Judith Howard (late Carol Howard). He is survived by: his wife Carol Sturica Howard; his daughters, Andrea Howard of Sacramento and Sally Buchanan of Folsom; and his grandchildren, Taylor Ash, Jensen Ash, Chloe Ash, Lily Bickham and Dillon Ash.
