She is survived by: her former husband Bill Leist; her husband Don Ballard; her grandchild Christian; her siblings, Duane Mauch (Maudie), Jack Mauch (Maurine), Jean Mauch Martin (Curly Martin) and Dennis Mauch; her children, Shelley Stahr (Terry), Jimmy Leist (Patti) and William Leist; her brother Walter Mauch (Connie); and her grandchildren, Monica Stahr Fasani (Randy), Lindsay Stahr, McLaughlin (Dustin), John Stahr (Brittany), Jimmy Leist (Ashley), Eric Hamerton (Haley), William Farrell Leist (Lori Ann), Kristie Leist Vitucci (Dustin), Aidan Leist, Ethan Leist and Owen Leist. She is also survived by great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
