With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aurora Banut (Fairfield, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Though Aurora may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Aurora touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ted. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jordan, Jasmine, Matthew and Katrina; her sisters, Ruth Padilla, Loida Yamat and Raquel Barradas; and her children, Beverly and Kevin.
