It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cesar Antonio Vargas of Fairfield, California, who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Juan Vargas and Dora Vargas of Fairfield; his sister Anel Vargas (Andrew Pineda); and his nephews, Mason and Matthew Pineda of Sacramento.

Observing the current Covid- 19 safety regulations, there will be a Modified Visitation/Memorial Service Wednesday, October 21, 2020, friends are invited from 10 am until 12 noon at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home, 1850 W Texas St., Fairfield.
