He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa Simpson; and his son Norman Simpson. He is survived by: his daughter Claire Phillips; and his grandchildren, Krystal Phillips, TJ Phillips and Kevin Phillips.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
