He is survived by: his children, Jeff List of Wilton, Todd Silva of Carlsbad, David Silva of Pahrump, Tracey Prim of Meadow Vista and Kelley Countryman of Elverta; his former wife Mildred King of West Sacramento; and his cousin Joan McHenry of Salinas, California.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
