He was predeceased by: his parents, Diosdado Legaspi and Julita Gonzalez Legaspi; and his siblings, Edwardo Legaspi, Myrna Manlapas, Lydia Estole and Yolanda Guzman.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Edna Altares; his daughters, Racheal Legaspi-Smith (Josh) and Julie Legaspi; his grandchildren, Vincent Legaspi-Allen and Reagan Legaspi-Smith; and his siblings, Larry Legaspi, Elena Legaspi and Lumi Gonzalez.
