He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Shoopman and Linnie Shoopman (Thompson); and his siblings, Audrey (Clarence), Eula Mae (Woody) and Fred (Vela).
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Rodriguez Shoopman of Dixon; his daughters, Veronica Manz (Richard) of Hawaii and Virginia Perez of Arizona; his grandchildren, Kayla, Ashley, Joseph and Karlo; and his great grandchildren, Presley, Peyton, Annabelle and Makena.
