She is survived by: her niece Camille Kosieniak (Shelly) of Kentucky; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julie (Ed), Robert, Laura, James (Sara) and Deborah (Malcolm); her niece Karen Gorajski (Andrew) of Illinois; and her great-nephews, Nicholas, Noah, Luke (Monica) and Greg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made in her honor to one of her favorite charities.
