It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Scott Parsons (Fairfield, California), who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parsons and Dorothy Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Sherene Chandler; his daughter Sarah Parsons of Vacaville; his sister Wendy Parsons Anderson (Andy) of Pittsburg; his stepsons, Dustin DeVan of San Francisco and Kyle Devan (Erin) of Tucson; and his grandchildren, Bode and Lola DeVan.
