He was predeceased by: his parents, Al Zylstra and Betty Houtman; his wives, Henrietta "Bruinsma" Zylstra and Margery "Cruz" Zylstra; and his sisters, Gay Visser and Winnie Boertje.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Chiappe (Tony) of Farmington, Tim Zylstra (Michelle) of Linden and Denise Wall (Tim) of Waxahachie, Texas; Tina Stoker of Mission Viejo, California.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Farmington United Methodist Church, 25626 Elm Street, Farmington, CA 95230, where Harold was a longtime member.
