He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassie Evelyn Palmer and Rev. Carman Edward Mell; his wife Mayrose V. Mell; and his siblings, Doris (McLaughlin), Donna (Lorenson), Fern (Goss), C. Edward and Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Frances) of Antelope, CA, Ricki (Rich) of Sacramento, CA and Suzanne of Fiddletown, CA; and his siblings, Neva (Royer), Carmen (Halstead), Galen and Arthur. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great- grandchildren.
