Ailene B. West Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ailene B. West of Fillmore, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruther Pilot and Algie Pilot; her husband Matthew West III; her brother Rufus Dennis Pilot Sr.; her son Marcus D. West; and her sibling's children, Jennifer Anderson and Darryl Poe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monnette West and Michelle W. Johnson; her siblings, Jo Lynn Poe and Edmond Pilot; her granddaughter Maya Johnson; and her siblings' children, Shawn Jackson, Felicia Pilot and Dennis Pilot.
The family also suggested in lieu of flowers, donations by made to CLL Society in honor of Ailene B. West supporting Leukemia research and care.
