She is survived by: her children, Cindy Maddy (Mike Maddy) and Mike Hammons Eric (Jennifer Hammons); her grandchildren, Carrie Dale Bloxom, Cody Bloxom (Sandra Bloxom), Stephanie Denzer (Matt Denzer) and Matt Hammons; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Bloxom, Haylie Bloxom, Riley Bloxom and Georgie Dale Denzer.
