He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Moreno; his son Darrin Ybarra; his children-in-law, John Silva and Carleen Ybarra; his siblings, Encarnacion (Chona), Marcellino (Woody), Fidencio, Margaret, Aurora, Tony, Mary Helen and Joaquin; his children, Michele McKinley (Patrick), Lani-Kay Silva, Michael Ybarra and Damian Ybarra (Danielle); his siblings, Mary Ramirez, Lou and Eddie Ybarra; and his nieces, Odi Martinez, Diana Meraz and Therese Touchette. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
