With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ann A. Speigelman of Folsom, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Eckroat and Edna Eckroat. She is survived by: her sister Judy Laduke; her former husband Tony Bell; her children, Heidi, Robert and Bruce; her husband Jack A. Spiegelman; her stepchildren, Steve, Tracy, Jack, Scott and Nancy; and her granddaughter Tasia. She is also survived by spouses, children, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eggen and Lance Chapel (1540 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at the Santa Rosa Memorial Park (1900 Franklin Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95404).
