He was predeceased by : his wife Janice Metcalf Clark. He is survived by : his son Jeffrey Clark (London); his grandchildren, Julie Lofgren, Kayleen Lofgren, Owen Smith-Clark, Willem Smith-Clark and Harry Lincoln Lu-Clark; and his children-in-law, Jim Lofgren and Ning Lu-Clark.
