He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Aloisa of Grass Valley and Rebekah Rodarte of Nashville; his wife Pam Chadick-Aloisa of Monument, Colorado.; and his stepsons, Steven Chadick, Robert Chadick and Alan Chadick.
