He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Paul Mazzuca Sr. and Vivian Mazzuca. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mazzuca; his children, Peter Paul Mazzuca III and Lisa Mazzuca-Perry; his grandchildren, Kurt Michael Sprenger, Gianna and Nikolas Perry; and his siblings, Barbara Polisso and John Mazzuca.
