He is survived by: his grandchildren, Justin Miethe, Jacob Urmanski, Trinity Templeton, Brittany Paulson, Christopher Paulson, Jared Urmanski, Blake Duran, Brooke Urmanski, Kash Duran, Tenley Wong and Taelyn Wong; his wife Janis Linn of New Ross, Indiana.; his brother Billy Miethe; and his sister-in-law Patty Miethe of New Ross, Indiana..
