He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terry" Thompson; and his children, Stephanie and Stephen. He is also survived by his four grandsons, his brothers and sisters-in-law; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-laws; numerous nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of extended family.
