“Aaron You got me through the toughest times this past year. You cheered me up with your jokes and your laughs. You would joke with me across the table as I cried my way through meals. We would have conversations that no one else would understand. You were my partner in crime. I can never thank you enough for the friend you were to me. I cannot believe you are gone. You deserved so much more. I am devastated to see that a eating disorder took another beautiful life. I am going to fight for you Aaron. I will beat this for you. Fly high my angel. I love you. ♥️ Aaron and I met in July at eating recovery center, we followed each other to inpatient and spent a lot of time together. We became very close friends and was there for each other’s journey. I could talk to Aaron about anything at anytime. I felt so close to Aaron and I’m forever thankful that I met Aaron and for all the time we spent together. I remeber the day I left ERC I told him to keep fighting and that I would visit him someday in California. As I say goodbye my love is with his family and friends. I send my prayers and my love to help the loved ones of Aaron to get through the loss of such a wonderful person. May god be with you.”

“I spent my time with Aaron at Eating Recovery Center in Colorado. We shared amazing memories together. He knew how to put a smile on my face in such difficult times and we always tried to encourage each other. I saw how intelligent and caring he was. We always had our name tags next to each other at the table during meals and it was so humorous to us.. almost as if it was some kind of sign. We watched movies together, did puzzles, shared our struggles and most importantly laughed together. Aaron was one of a kind and we will miss him so much. He will always be in my heart.”
