She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gordon C. MacLeod of Fremont; her sons, Gordon A. of Los Alamos, NM, Douglas M. of Los Altos, CA, William B. of Boston, MA and James L. of Fremont; and her sister Constance Cochran Greenfield of San Francisco. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church Centerville Presbyterian (4360 Central Ave, Fremont, CA 94536).
